For namesake, it has such a powerful name as Guardian; however, in reality, his duty was to mate with the female beasts and continuously increase the beasts in the Sanctuary.
Unlike the other beasts in the Beast Sanctuary, they could form a contract with the beast tamers and could only stay in the Beast Sanctuary forever.
Even though low-level beasts won't mind staying in the Beast Sanctuary with such treatment, the Crimson Blood Dragon King and Shadowmorph were not low-class beasts.
They were high-class beasts that came from the proud dragon race and another one is from an ancient beast race that doesn't like to mate with any random beasts.
However, if they could not mate with the other beasts, the Guardian would be punished.
