There was a hint of dimness on the young man's face, and his voice was tender, "Sister, are you angry with me?"
Hannah thought for a moment and then smiled back at him, "What's there to be angry about?"
The chill wind blew, sweeping up the scattered leaves.
Louis looked up, his gaze falling on Hannah's shoulder, and then he reached out to remove the leaf that had fallen there.
The leaf, trapped between his fingertips, seemed to also be tinged with that faint, delicate fragrance, making it hard to let go.
The young man's tone became even more self-loathing, "Because I came here without telling Sister in advance, I know Sister definitely didn't want to see me, but..." he looked up and smiled gently again, "but I really want to stay by Sister's side."
