Over two years had passed, and upon reflection, Jack Stewart now seemed more like the man she had first known.
He didn't linger in one place for long.
Hannah looked down at the time and finally got up to leave.
After she left, Jack Stewart, who had been hiding behind the curtain, let out a sigh and turned to leave as well.

In the empty corridor, faint footsteps sounded from behind.
Hannah walked on as usual. Halfway through, she stopped and said softly, "Haven't left yet? Waiting here for me?"
The man stopped in his tracks.
She turned around, facing the figure mostly hidden in the shadows, her gaze pausing momentarily.
Then she regained her composure and said indifferently, "So it's you."
Jackie Qualls then stepped forward. As the shadows fell away from him, he looked up, revealing a face as smooth and radiant as jade.
He spoke gently, "Who did you think it was just now?"
