"This is a plan to kill you not me, you have to leave," the wizard ordered him firmly amid the fight to protect his life.
Liam looked at the man and back at where he came from. He imagined nodding to what the man said and running away with his tail between his legs like a dog rather than the lion he wanted to be.
He shook his head and told the man, "There is nothing hard about fighting with you. I do not believe in magic," he shouted to the man before taking the first step forward.
He had a strong feeling that he had made one of the most foolish decisions of his life by moving forward rather than running away for his life but he knew it was important. If he runs away, then the wizard might die or get taken away meaning he and the girls will be hunted and he was not sure they will be able to get too far if these people are powerful enough to capture or kill the wizard.
