Liam pushed the door and stepped in. "If she does not want to, do not force her. She is my prisoner, not yours," he warned the wizard.
"Could you persuade her to then?" the wizard asked not caring about the slight disrespect in Liam's voice.
"I do not want to, after all, I am not your prisoner," he reminded the man seriously. "If you do not wish to do anything he is trying to make you do, you could just come to me to seek refuge, okay? Don't let him talk you into doing something wrong," he added.
"And yet you claim that you do not love her," the wizard sighed. "Go ahead. I will take my time persuading you to persuade her to access the powers the waters gave her then."
"I do not wish to. I want to get rid of it. I don't want any connection with the water. I cannot be a mermaid or whatever creature she was in the water."
