Erebus didn't know why he couldn't get the image of that stranger out of his head and for one reason or another, he just felt the guy was suspicious.
"Since when did you think he started following us and from where?" he asked Sal as they stepped into the house. Sal's mind had already been occupied by something else and being reminded of the stranger she frowned.
"Why do you ask?"
"Nothing, it's just that more strange people are making contact with us than usual"
"Maybe they saw us during our hunts out of town unless you think there's something else going on"
"Maybe..." Erebus decided to put the thought on hold and focus on something more important at the moment. "We still don't have higher mana core grades"
Sal glared at him, appalled by his audacity. "You know how much those hunters hog all the mana cores, it's already considered good that we can collect a green core every month"
