"A-Azrael… take it back…" August cried out, shaking in fear. He heard that dragons love eating human meat. Is he getting eaten by a dragon now? Frightened by his worse luck and not knowing that the dragon was actually his avatar, Augustine lost consciousness.

When August regained consciousness, it all seemed hazy. Unlike the cold and dark weather in the forest, it was warm and secure, like an …dragon nest.
August, immediately wakes up from his half-asleep and sits up straight recalling what happened back there. He exhaled in relief, seeing it was his bedroom and bed. It must have been a dream.
"You are awake finally." Azrael's voice came from the doorway, turning his head. Was it all not a dream? Azrael entered the room, holding a tray, her eyes looking down all along. Except for a few glances here and there, as if she was trying to avoid eye contact with him.
