Samuel immediately took his hunter's Badge out as he saw how his dull bronze coloured badge turn into Silver.
He immediately infused a bit of his aura in his badge, and soon a dark circular void appeared in front of him.
"Is this a Spatial storage ?" Samuel murmured while looking at a bizarre wormhole in front of him.
he immediately placed all the goods he was carrying behind his back inside it, before putting his badge back into his pocket.
Samuel had a brisk smile on his face as he finally completed his mission, before noticing a gaze he felt behind him.
He immediately corrected his posture and greeted the person behind him.
"Hello, My name is Samuel Martin, I apologise if I startled you, I was given the mission to Subjugate these demons."
Daniel immediately shook his head and bowed his head as he replied
"No,No, you saved our lives , if it weren't for you we would have long been dead." Daniel replied.
"Our ?, Is there someone else here other than you ?" Samuel inquired with a surprised look on his face.
As he said looked around him, but didn't felt any living presence around him.
"No..No..I meant me..hahhaaha" Daniel replied clumsily, while giving a slight guilty look towards the sword ,hanging on his waist.
'tsk, tsk, tsk, talk about being clumsy' A voice only heard by Daniel entered his ears.
Listening to Newman's remark, Daniel could only shake his head , as even he felt awkward while answering that question.
Samuel felt something off, but didn't try to probe much into in it before replying.
"We should get out of this place."
Daniel gave a nod before picking the bunch of herbs he gathered throughout his journey.
Daniel immediately thought of that spacial storage Samuel used and thought
'I should buy a spacial device, it seems pretty convenient.'
Thought magic devices are considered pretty expensive, Daniel was not someone who lacked money.
After today's encounter with demons and after meeting Samuel who seems only a few years older than him, he felt a severe lack in his strength.
'I have been giving to much importance to Alchemy, while ignoring the most basic skill I need to survive in this harsh world.'
While Glancing at the young man walking in front of him Daniel asked the Newman.
"How strong is this guy ?"
"A 'Seven Star Knight' and he is not even an adult yet " Newman replied with a hoarse voice.
"A Seven Star !!!, he is already an aura user" Daniel replied in a Surprised tone.
"Didn't you see him use it earlier against those demons."
Daniel shook his head and replied
"It happened so fast, I wasn't able to grasp anything, he must be a pretty talented individual."
Newman immediately shook his nonexistent head and replied
"That's what people would generally think, if you look at his achievements externally."
"What the hell does that mean ? " Daniel asked with an inquiring tone.
"I noticied his swordsmanship earlier, rather than talent, what I saw was extreme and continuous polishing of swordsmanship through constant hardwork."
Newman gave a deep glance at the individual walking in front of him before replying.
"Rather than calling him a talented swordsman, I'll call him a talented hardworker." Newman paused while giving a pause before replying "And he must have an excellent teacher, put all his hard work in the right direction."
As for Samuel, the recipient of all this praises had no idea he was being held in such a high regards by one of the legendary characters ever walked in the Azaroth Continent.
While the group kept walking towards the Sparta Kingdom, while trying to get out of this creepy desolate land.
'Hurry, something is charging towards your direction and it's not something you guy's can handle' Newman Roared.
As Daniel was the only recipient who could hear him, he immediately warned Samuel about the predicament they were in.
"Mister Samuel, Something very powerful is charging towards us , we need to get out of here as soon as possible."
Samuel had several questions in his mind, but looking at the serious expression on Daniel's face, he decided to keep his questions aside for a time being.
As the duo started sprinting, as fast as they could while trying to get away from the danger Daniel seem to have felt.
After about a couple of minutes passed by and a small voice entered Daniel's ears
"We are late, it's already here " Newman replied with a deep sorrowful voice.
Soon the entire forest entered in a eerie of silence and both Samuel and Daniel stopped sprinting, while looking at the bizarre scene in front of them.
The Entire Forest turned dark and all the surrounding plants started to wither as if all their life energy was forcefully drained out of them.
And soon a giant figure with wolf head and a serpents tail, with menacing red eyes, while constantly breathing flame from his mouth descended infront of them.
With a menacing look on his face he glared at the group in front of him while each time it took a breath , a flame constantly engulfed from his nostrils and his mouth
Samuel immediately gripped his sword and immediately dashed straight towards and performed the first and only form of vulcunus swordsmanship he knew.
FIRST FORM OF VULCUNUS SWORDSMANSHIP
"Water Sword :- Leviathan's Wrath."
A bright blue sword filled with an entireity of Samuel's aura charged towards that unknown figure's head.
Looking at the incoming attack , the figure gave a disgusted look, before lifting one of its finger's, completely blocking Samuel's attack.
Looking at these scene, as his strongest attack being blocked with such ease ,Samuel already knew what fate was waiting for him, but he refused to go down without a fight ,as he immediately started to prepare for another counter attack.
The giant figure grinned as he looked at the person in front of him performing such a fruitless struggle.
It was similar to a fish out of the pond, struggling during it's final moments.
It raised it's hand in front of him and lightly flicked Samuel's sword, shattering it into fine dust.
~Bang~
And Samuel was thrown back straight into the large tree behind him.
~Cough~Cough~Cough
Samuel spat a mouthful of blood, as he looked at the figure in front of him standing there unfazed , as if it just swatted a mere bug that was troubling him.
