I was about to say something when I paused and stared closely at him. The irritation was evident in his features but there was something different about it. It was a guy feeling I couldn't shake off. And I found it hard to believe that he had already rebounded from the words I had thrown at him back in the chamber considering I had rattled his ego from our last conversation.
There were subtle differences in his movements, from his face to his stance, and to the way he even expressed his irritation.
The moment I began to realise that there was something off with the way Fashire frowned, one blink changed my surroundings immediately and I found myself in a bright red guest hall.
I blinked rapidly and glances around. This was different from the way Fashire would move with me where everything around me would blur in rapid movement, and even if I didn't notice the blurring, my stomach would feel unsettled.
