The command room was filled with the stench of blood. The only source of light came from faint sparks.
The site director lowered his head, not daring to look up at all.
He glanced down, searching, and stopped when he saw a pair of pale legs and an unusually tall and thin figure standing in front of him.
He halted.
He knew that once he saw that guy's face, he would be killed regardless of his combat prowess.
He took out a blood-soaked white robe, slowly raised it, and covered the other party's head, wrapping it around two times and tying a tight knot.
He didn't need to worry about the guy's dissatisfaction. As long as he didn't see his face, he was relatively docile.
Only after making sure he wouldn't see that guy's face, the site director dared to lift his head.
"With that, the shy one is temporarily contained," he murmured.
