Chapter 22 - Skill: Dimension Shift

[Item: Stamina Potion(Rare)

Durability: Consumable (100%)]

I held a stamina potion, conflicted about whether to use it or not.

[Stamina: 54/130(-65)]

A sip of Stamina Potion(Rare) would give me 100 stamina points but I am only 11 points short of the full stamina bar. I wanted to be fully prepared before using the miracle of creation(unique). but I didn't want to waste a sip of Stamina Potion(Rare) for this. Then it hit me that I could just buy a Stamina Potion(common) for 10 T-coins in T-commerce.

"T-commerce." I used the command to access T-commerce. The tiny blue dot from the upper left corner of my sight expanded into a blue translucent window that read,

[Welcome to T-commerce,

>Locked

T-coins: 5000

Note: Climb to higher floors to unlock locked features of T-commerce.]

This was the first time I was accessing T-commerce so, I had all these expectations about it but I was disappointed to see it so plain and simple. Not to mention all the good stuff seemed to be locked. Since I already knew what I wanted I decided to use the search function. I had to force myself to use the search option rather than browsing the Skills and Items section because I didn't want to waste my time suffering through things I don't need and couldn't afford. I could return when I know my current capabilities and what I am lacking to make a wise decision and spend my T-coins well.

"Common Grade Stamina Potion," I uttered entering the search function. Soon the blue translucent screen switched to,

[ 1 result found,

Stamina Potion(Common) (–1+): 10 T-coins (Buy)]

"Buy"

[Do you want to spend 10 T-coins to purchase a Stamina Potion(Common)?

(Yes/No)]

"Yes," I purchased the potion without a second thought since I had already made up my mind.

[T-coins: 5000>>4990]

*Poof* And just like that a glass flask containing shimmery blue liquid appeared in my palm out of thin air. Removing the cork from the flask's mouth I took two sips of it,

[Item: Stamina Potion(Common)

[You have consumed 15ml of Stamina Potion(Common) and recovered 10 Stamina points.]

[You have consumed 15ml of Stamina Potion(Common) and recovered 1 Stamina point.]

[Stamina: 54/130(-65)>>65/130(-65)]

Now that my stamina bar was full I could rest assured and explore the skill miracle of creation(Unique). So I grabbed a notebook and decided to use my skill Blood Ink(Rare) to paint a tiny red ant. Hoping that tiny painting will cost fewer stamina points to imbue life into.

"This will do," I said looking at the Red Ant I had painted, I had maneuvered the ink pores on the tip of my index finger to achieve different shades of red using blood ink to paint different parts of the Red Ant in detail giving the Red Ant a life-like feel. Looking at the painting of the Red Ant in the notebook it felt like a red ant was standing on the page of the notebook not painted on it. Satisfied with the Red Ant painting I chanted, "Miracle of creation."

[Congratulations! Your Red Ant painting has met the conditions for the skill 'Miracle of Creation(Unique).'

Do you wish to imbue life into your Red Ant painting?

(Yes/No)

Caution: This skill consumes health points when stamina points are not enough.]

"Yes," Even though I was worried about the skill's stamina point consumption, I answered resolutely.

[Stamina: 65/130(-65)>>55/130(-65)]

[You used 10 stamina points to create a Red Ant(Common).]

"Woah!" I couldn't help but exclaim witnessing the Red Ant I had painted come to life.

The Red Ant painted on the notebook page crawled out of the paper as if crawling out of a pool of water. Looking at its struggle to get out of the paper reminded me of a baby chick breaking out of its shell. Finally, it was able to get out of the paper and stand tall like a living Red Ant. I could feel its joy through the connection we shared. Soon I noticed a tiny blue dot on the Red Ant's forehead so I focused on it, the tiny blue dot expanded into a blue translucent screen, it turned out to be the Red Ant's status window.

[Art: Red Ant(Common)

Level: 0 (Exp: 0%)

Health: 10/10

Stamina: 10/10

Strength: 0.1

Agility: 0.2

Defense: 0.1

Intelligence: 0.1

Skills: Dimension Shift

Dimension Shift: The Art Red Ant can shift between 2-dimensional and 3-dimensional forms.]

"It is weak" I uttered, going through the Red Ant's stats. Considering I spent about 10 stamina points to create it, it was not worth it.

Seeing how much stamina point is spent to create a tiny Ant I now knew why every level up the Meta Miracle Artist(Unique) boosted my health and stamina by a hundred points each. To create something powerful I will have to spend hundreds of stamina points. My stamina is never going to be enough to use this skill.

"Dimension shift?" Reading the skill section in the Red Ant's status window, I was puzzled. Nevertheless, I commanded the Red ant to use the skill.

The Red Ant that had just crawled out of the paper crawled back into the paper. To my surprise, it started moving inside the paper, similar to walking underneath a pool of water. Following my command, the Red Ant walked to the edge of the paper and then jumped into the surface of the table below. After a series of experiments, I was able to conclude that the Red Ant could move freely on any surface in 2-dimensional form and shift to 3-dimensional form at my command.

Though this Dimension Shift skill was handy it was nothing but a trick. I had my hopes up for nothing. But before dismissing the miracle of creation as useless I wanted to explore it more. Maybe there is a way I could use this skill to my advantage.
