---Third P.O.V---

In the bustling city, people roam amount, preparing or heading towards their desired location or ordinary days, some people in groups wearing a few armors like shoulders or chest as an example or whole body and they are carrying a weapon or heavy bags. Some are heading towards a specific area like a vast building was tremendous as it knows to be one of the Top Five most enormous Hunters HQ in America. The rest are located in Korea, Japan, England, and Russia. Each HQ has its registered hunter. If hunters transfer or travel, they have to notify their assigned HQ beforehand to avoid fines.

But like always, the Hunter HQ is packed with new and veterans, not to mention there are also recruiters looking for new members and others training new members. There were also people there doing the ranking exam; it is free for the first-timer for a retake costs $40,000.

In each area in California, different hunters resign and dungeons. The biggest popular spawns and jails are in Sacramento. It is mostly Water Dungeon and Earth Dungeon. The Main location for HQ is San Diego for, California, and the first largest Hunter HQ in America is in Washington.

Most buildings are remodeled to shelter citizens from attacks and other events. Each store has many supplies for food from monsters hunting or high-end animal meat. Some are blacksmiths or pawnshops; others are friendly family stores and restaurants.

But This isn't about the city or its excellent history of awakening hunters. In a particular area in a busy and loud neighborhood, kids and adults ran around. Most grown adults are hunters or company workers in a low run-down apartment building in room 221. She is a beautiful girl with silky dark black hair that shines like a clear night sky; her skin is paler and clean like a newborn snowfall, so pure and untouched from any deep mark. Sher is wearing a loose black T-shirt and sweatpants. She turns unconformable in her bed as sweats start to form on her forehead, then a blast of light appears on her chest. It was brighter than any star as it dimmed down slowly.

Her eyelid open, revealing two bright does, clear sea-blue eyes full of shock.

This is Alora Kim, the Reincarnation of a former or future Demon Monarch. She has returned by a mystery figure to her present life before the end. She can't remember who it was, but she remembers the painful events and memory of 10 years.

" I-I I am alive??" her voice, smooth and soft as honey as she slowly touches her face. As she begins to look around, she slowly realizes that this is real... she begins to look around her room as she remembers.

" This room is more depression; Then I remember " She begins to wonder why she is here and if she still has her powers for those ten years.

" Open System," she said, waiting until an unrecognized voice spoke.

I stare at the bright red scene, showing my status in a destoned tone. My mind is confused at this new system and how it sounds like an actual person? It began to speak again while I sat on my bed as the screen wrote a new sentence.

I began to ask to open my stats information to see the changes of powers, remembering how I awakened for the first time in my first life. It was pretty exciting thinking that my life would improve, but it didn't... There is something else im forgetting, something that supposes to happen, but what? Something important this week...Agh?! Thinking back, I kill many things... Monsters, Demon, and humans, too, it won't be an issue for me because I lost the guilty feeling of it, not to mention some humans deserved it for revenge; but I should check out this system stores and the other things to see how useful it's to me.

I thought I would receive some of my monarch skills, but it seems like I didn't. Maybe the system stores have it?

Interesting, I begin to stare at each option; the order is interesting because it seems unusual. I thought about it deeply about the choice. First, I needed some skill or weapon, but my curious mind got me, so I opened the Order. I was reading carefully to understand each things.

Alora stared at her with a dark empty emotion towards the woman that her so-called mother sent; she remembered clearly what happened in her past; she is a worker from the government hunter associates. Who works in the ranking area measures the Mana aura that each new hunter produces once they determine their rank. She reports that she awakened last week to her...she watches that woman in low anger as she walks around the room; she is judging Alora's living room. Alora wanted to twist that brunette neck.

' I was a weak woman's excuse, but this is wasting my time... I should have started when I awakened, but I didn't know I was awakened too... Why is life so complicated ' she sat down with a smug look and aura. She stares at me with a look of authority as she speaks with a dull tone.

" Mrs. Ellis has assigned me to measure your skill, and you know my name is Ms. Summer " she brought out a small black deceive with a bright stone in the middle. She explains how everything works in detail, but the last sentence is what she is waiting for...

" as you may know, your mother request me to test you to see your rank. Let's get this over with as you know that I am a busy lady," she said; you can tell that she isn't into this appointment from her tone and body.

" I heard your sister rank B, and your brothers rank A. Aww, how wonderful to have such a powerful family but... I heard that you are just a useless outcast. Ah! how rude of me to say." her red-stained lips smirk in a mocking tone, but a sudden chill made her joint as her eyes tremble

' What?! what is this killing feeling!' she follows the murders aura towards...

Alora's! Ms. Summer stared at her as Alora's words made her sweat in cold water.

" Shut up" She froze in shock at the sudden tone but felt a hard pressure. As her blood begins to boil and thick veins appear on her head.

" What did you Say-" her voice was cut off, but Alora's deep sea blue eyes it was like she was falling into an endless void of nothing. Her throats were dry, and she was at a loss for sudden words as she tumbled. She can imagine Alora wrapping her hand around the smug woman's neck, a dark heavy aura surrounding her.
