Weylyn's sword thrust towards the creature's eye, leaving her back exposed to the beast's tail.
It seemed like a slow motion to all who watched as the spiked tail inched closer and closer to Weylyn.
If that tail was to make contact, it would shred Weylyn completely, the possibility of survival was almost non existent... Weylyn knew this, everyone else knew it too.
"Knight Kalver...get out of the way!" Lord Jilon called out.
"Damn it! Give it up you stubborn headed Kalver!" Knight Halberd snapped, but Weylyn had already made her decision.
Just as the tip of her sword was going to pierce into the beast's eye, a lid Weylyn had completely forgotten about closed over the beast's eye and Weylyn's sword stabbed straight into impenetrable metal.
