"I'll be leaving now, mother. Take care of yourself." She said and Mira smiled while giving her a kiss on her forehead.
"I sure would take care of myself, else who would take care of you, mother?" She teased and Sarla chuckled lightly.
"Now go, we wouldn't want Arijit changing his mind." Her mother said and Mira rolled her eyes.
That was something she would want but at the same time not want it. Sigh.
"Goodbye mother." She said, leaving the room hurriedly.
She stepped outside of the house and her eyes were scrunched when she saw a luxurious car parked right in front of her house. This car surely didn't belong to Arijit, and if it did...why on earth would he come pick her up on her first day of work? He was her employer.
A man came out of the car and she shut her eyes tightly because she had seen this face, he was one of Arijit's bodyguard. She couldn't recall his name but this definitely wasn't the one she was familiar with.
