Yami plucked the eyes of the 3 shinobis as well before devouring them. He then searched among their remaining things and found a few weapons and resources that the clan had provided them. Though the 3 shinobis had resources only for one man to last a few days, the elder had way more than that. In fact, Yami found a few used swords in a storage scroll within the elder's belongings.
All the swords were just normal swords and had been re-sharpened again recently based on the new edge it had. Yami held a few of the swords and moved them in his hand to get a feel. Very soon, he felt comfortable using one of the short swords among the bunch of swords.
"Although I can't use chakra on its edge, it will still be better than having no weapon. Let's go and meet the rest of the exploration team." Yami muttered as he stamped on the oil lamp extinguishing it. For him to have a Sharingan, he didn't need any source of light like the oil lamp in the darkness. He could see clearly enough already and his enhanced senses were also giving him accurate information about everything in the cave.
At the other part of the cave, the 3 elders and the 38 shinobis were waiting for the 10th elder and his people to come back.
"Why is this idiot taking so much time to move away a few fallen rocks?" the 3rd elder asked in annoyance.
"U-Uh 3rd elder, should I go and check what is the holdup?" the 7th elder asked. He knew that the 10th elder wasn't someone who would waste his time but he couldn't just tell this to the 3rd elder so he offered to go himself to help out and bring back the 10th elder.
Just then everyone heard something tumbling down toward them. The elders and the shinobis didn't pay much attention to it since they thought it must be a rock that came from where the explosion had happened.
As the tumbling rock or what they thought it was came into view, the shinobis who saw it first became alert and shouted "Elder"
"Hm? What is it now that you have to shout?" the 3rd elder asked and the shinobis moved aside and brought an oil lamp closer to the head of the 10th elder.
As the 3 elders saw the head, they instantly stood up and pulled out their weapons. The shinobis were horrified to see the state the elder's head was in. He had no eyes and his expression was that of horror and his mouth was wide open as if he was screaming when he died.
"Everyone stay alert...looks like an enemy has entered the cave. everyone make appropriate distance among one another and find the son of a bitch who did this to the 10th elder." the 1st elder said as he slit his arm a little and rubbed his sword on the wound once just enough to cover some parts of it with his blood.
By this time one of the shinobis who was standing at the last had placed his lamp just beside the head so that the elders and other shinobis could see why they had called out the elder. As he was moving forward to pick up the lamp, a foot appeared from the darkness and stamped on the fire extinguishing it in a swift move. Before the shinobi or the ones around him could react to this, they heard a voice.
Wind style: Wind blades
And just like that Yami just held his palm spread out and invisible blades made of condensed wind originated from his palm towards the shinobis. By the time the shinobis realized that something was coming toward them, they were already cut into pieces.

Screams echoed through the cave as almost 20-25 shinobis got hit by those wind blades. Some of them weren't so lucky to get hit fatally and die instantly. Some just got hit enough to be severed from their lower body or an arm. They were still alive and crawling toward the elder seeking help.
"Save me"
"Kill me, elder"
voices started going around in the cave. Yami ignored the ones who were on death's door. It was a fate they had chosen when they decided to go outside for avenging the clan from the rest of the world.
Yami didn't bother killing them and putting an end to their misery. He moved forward and looked at the shinobis who were far enough to escape the attack of the wind blades. Seeing the state their comrades were in the leftover shinobis were already fearful of what was happening. Just as they took a step back, the 1st elder shouted "He is just one man...kill him." he also signaled the 7th elder to rush and fight at Yami.
'Who is this kid and how did he come from this end of the cave? I don't think he belongs to our clan...' the 1st elder thought. He wasn't going to give up on his goal to go into the outside world just because one kid stood in his way.
The 7th elder was already half scared when he saw the head of the 10th elder but he knew that with the 1st and 3rd elder behind him...he didn't have a choice. He put his hand behind his back and pulled out a weapon that was shaped like a sickle but a little bigger and had teeths on its edge.
The shinobis and 7th elder activated their Ketusuryugan and looked at Yami. "You shouldn't have messed with our clan kid...you have no idea how feared these eyes are." the 7th elder warned. He wanted to intimidate him.
"Really? feared you say? How feared are these eyes then?" Yami said as he activated his Sharingan.
"What???"
"T-That's the Sharingan"
"He is an Uchiha."
"Y-You are an Uchiha?" The 7th elder asked. Yami didn't answer his question and he didn't need to because it was obvious from his eyes that he was an Uchiha. The fear that the 7th elder was feeling doubled and tripled the moment he saw those bright red eyes. Everyone present there had heard about the horrors of these eyes and the power they brought to the shinobis wielding them. They had seen the picture drawn in their ancestors' books but now seeing it in real life, made them feel small. It was as if the eye was weighing on them.
Seeing the morale of his men and the 7th elder break like this...the 1st elder looked at his brother who himself was in a daze looking at Yami.
The 1st elder nudged him and then shouted at the shinobis "This kid belongs to the clan that drove our clan to the verge of extinction decades ago and that too without any provocation and now he is doing it again. Many of our ancestors lost their loved ones because of his clansmen and now he is slaughtering our people. Are you all just going to cower in fear and let all those sacrifices be in vain or are you going to fight for your freedom?"
The 1st elder speech filled the hearts of the shinobis standing there with unending rage and anguish. Just thinking about how their clansmen suffered was painful, to say the least.
"The 1st elder is right...he even gouged out the 10th elder's eyes and now wants to do the same with us as well. Let's show him that we are the best of the chinoike clan and our revenge starts with this kid's life." the 7th elder also gave his small speech.
"You guys should become politicians..." Yami muttered and he pulled out the short sword he had chosen.
The shinobis who were now pumped up on the elders' speeches and on adrenaline rushed at Yami. The cave wasn't too big so they knew that Yami didn't have many means of escape.
"Don't you your jutsus in an enclosed space like this." the 7th elder ordered. He didn't want the cave to collapse because of the bombarding of jutsus.
Seeing them come a smile appeared on Yami's face and he rushed at them as well. Using his shortsword, he started to cut down one after the other. His 3 tomoe sharingan and his enhanced senses were working in such perfect sync that he felt that he was able to see and feel everything that was happening a few meters around him.
Due to this, his reflexes and movements were so smooth and confident that no matter how much the shinobis tried, they couldn't even touch him.
"His attacks are different now." the 1st elder said to which his brother asked "What do you mean?"
"The invisible blades that he had used earlier were deadly but weren't accurately aimed at their vital points. They were meant to create a blood bath and scare our people but now the kid is using 1-2 attacks on each of them and attacking the vital organs with pinpoint accuracy.
