And just like that after he was done snapping at Vanessa, Nick ran off leaving Charity to shake her head as she looked at Vanessa and said in a low voice, " He is really naive isn't he?"
Vanessa chuckled as she brushed the diamonds in her hand with the tips of her fingers and hummed softly, " Isn't he fun this way? Right now he looked like a little kitten whose tail has been stepped on."
" Kitten? You really have a fun way to deal with things don't you Miss Vanessa?" Charity looked at her boss who smiled at her and closed the lid of the briefcase that was sitting in front of her and pushed it towards Charity as she said, " Lock it properly, I worry that my little kitten will try to make a redo of the entire thing."
Charity kicked herself off the wall and walked to Vanessa before picking up the briefcase from the tea table as she said, " Don't tease the kitten so much, you know that they bite as well right?"
