Chapter 89 - You don’t get away after hitting my man

Vanessa didn't have to whirl around to see what the man behind her was doing, she was used to fighting and with her experience alone, she was capable enough to take care of the thug but what she didn't expect was Nick jumping in between and blocking the hit for her. She was far stronger, even if the trash can would have hit her on the head, she would have been fine..there was no need for Nick to jump in between! She pivoted on the spot throwing the man over her shoulder while kicking Miguel on the shin but even if she was fast enough, she couldn't stop the second thug who hurled the trash can at Nick.
