Vanessa strolled inside the restaurant, she could hear the giggles of the little girl with the soft chuckle of the woman sitting on her side. She didn't know why the two of them were smiling like that but she could more or less understand the situation given Nick was telling the two of them some sort of poor joke. To think the man who smiled in front of her as if he was paying income tax with his smile was willing to tell jokes in front of this mother and daughter pair.
Sure enough, this man was really testing all her patience by acting in such a way.
