Scarlet's Point of View:
Time flies.
At least it did with me, when I finally realized what actual happiness is.
"You don't need to do that. No. No you don't. You did it," I muttered at Xavier who laughed at me. He was putting up a crown on my head. It was bigger than a tiara, and beautiful as it could've been—but too much, nonetheless.
"Perfect," He said under his breath and looked at me, his eyes holding up a level of fascination for me. "Three days, now, baby. Three days. I can't wait."
I chuckled at his excitement and yes, you got it right. It's just three days now till we finally get married. We both planned a normal wedding, not something extremely extravagant because, well, one—we didn't want to wait much, and two—because his business wasn't at its best, I didn't want to waste much money.
So it's been 12 days since he had proposed to me, and I had to say: I couldn't have expected a better man for myself.
