"We should rest here…" Riane said when they found a clearing. Surrounded by a foot thick white snow, the clearing was in the middle of old spruce trees. The sound of their voices and footsteps filled the area. Which was the exact opposite of what Riane said during breakfast.
She said something about experts and safety. But if they really wanted to hide their presence and not attract the attention of their enemies then they would have done something about the footsteps of their voices. Moreover, Ava could clearly see that some of the werewolves accompanying them were inexperienced and pretty young.
Of course, she also saw a few experienced ones.
"Mr. Graydon… what do you think of this place?" Riane asked.
"It's fine." Matthew looked at Ava and she smiled in response.
