Chapter 99 - Danger (2)

            While the giant rabbits weren't that troublesome, Jake decided to hunt them using his bow. As one would expect, his aim sucked, but he could hit them when they were within ten meters from him. Although he had to hit them more than once to kill them, it was fine since Jake wasn't in a hurry, and he had to skin them as well. So, it was fine.

"Hmm… this fur might be useful," Jake said.

"I bet it would be good to use it when we stop to rest, it will be better than sit or sleeping in the rough ground," Louise said.

            The knives were sharp enough, so Jake didn't have to spread blood around while skinning the monsters. So, after a few hours in the sun, their white fur wouldn't be that smelly anymore. Regardless, thanks to that trip, Jake and the others had the chance to solve the problem of discomfort they had to deal with now and then.
