Jake dealt a lot of damage by blinding one eye of the monster, but it seemed that things wouldn't get easier after that. Before the creature could even get used to the pain, it charged toward Jake even faster than before. In the end, Jake just clenched his teeth and used Defense Mode since the girls were close behind, and the boss certainly could kill them in a hit or two. Somehow, Jake wasn't thrown away by the impact, but he's already hurt arm began to throb even more after that.
