When the next two wolves tried to hit him, Jake used Cyclone Strike to stop both of them. Now that he thought about it, it was surprisingly easy to critically damage monsters that tend to attack with their mouths like that. Nevertheless, the attack caused some damage, but it was Louise's Fireballs that stunned the enemies. It gave Jake the chance to finish them off.
"All right… twenty seconds and we didn't use that much mana, this is progress," Jake nodded to himself in satisfaction. "Let's keep up the pace."
As they proceeded, the number of encounters also increased exponentially. Still, while only Jake invested in increasing his attack, the girls weren't falling behind.
