"There is still a lot that we don't know, so we are working a lot behind the scenes," Luke said. "We need to work together with as many people as possible that aren't siding with them."
"As long as I get some intel in exchange, I won't mind on helping," Jake said. "Still, following your orders is the last thing that I want."
Jake still felt complicated in working with those guys even like that, but since he was going to earn something in exchange, the annoyance was acceptable. He just had to be patient and work harder to make sure that he won't have to do that often... he wanted some benefits by doing that, but he wouldn't do that forever. Everything in moderation was the key for a good life, after all.
