I have also built forts surrounding the reach and build up the army first we have the 10000 strong Rose Guards or Green Cloaks in charge of protecting Rosewood I also have a 100 Thousand strong profesional army trained in unsullied infantry tactics but fully armored along with Lightly Cavalry archers trained by my Dothraki warriors. I have also placed mandatory orders to all men and women of the reach to take up archery every seventh day of the week
To encourage them I held monthly Singles and Team Archery competition where in village with the best Teams of Archer gets 1000 Gold Dragons and the best single archers gets 500 Gold Dragons this gets the smallfolk excited and trained for war
My army is on a rotation basis where in they train for only 6 months 20 thousand people at a time
