"What?" Zica queried, uncomfortable with the way kora was staring at her. They had walked all the way to the bedroom in silence, with Sienna trailing a step behind them.
She had been wondering why kora said they needed to talk. Although she suspected it would be concerning when they would return to Havana, she still wanted to hear it from Kora's mouth since it could be something else.
It was never part of her expectation that Kora would begin to stare at her suspiciously when they get to their destination. Kora said she needed to rest, and Zica could understand why. But instead of heading to the bed or a chair, Kora turned around to face Zica as soon as she heard the door close.
