The strange conversation confused Alita and she raised her head slightly to look at Axel. It seemed he was familiar with the stranger, but what kind of greeting was that?
"Oh, I would love to see you try." Shazar said amidst his laughter. This response piqued Alita's curiosity and now she wanted to see the face of this stranger. There was something in the way he talks that made him sound confident and powerful. Also, she noticed that he was stirring something in Axel as his aura suddenly became dark, deadly, and dangerous. If not that he was holding onto her, she may have been forced to step away from him.
"And who do you have with you there? Can I meet her?" Shazar asked and Alita widened her eyes. Okay... No. She doesn't want to see him anymore. Not right now at least. Axel returned his head to the front and lowered it so he could look at her face. There was no smile on his face nor amusement of any sort. Instead, something deadly flashed in his eyes.
