When Adan first saw Leona, it entered his mind to use her against Amelia. He immediately read the woman's identity and was sure she could easily fall into his trap. But he didn't expect it to be that easy to give in even though he had already given it a chance to run away from him.
Adan walked straight away from Leona until he reached his car. Once he can get into the driver's seat, he received a call from Annalise, so he answered it quickly.
"Annalise!"
"What's wrong with my life? Why does my life suck so much? What kind of mom is she? I came to her after 20 years. Why is my mom like this?" It complained to him as Adan could hear the frustration in his sister's voice.
Adan was even more confused when he heard a crash on the other line and followed by shouts.
"Give it to me! Where's the money?" That voice was male and seemed furious. Next, he heard the breaking of something and Annalise's cry on the other line.
