"That which could drain the Infoporting force from a newly-made thought-form could also feed these white ribbons with the Infoporting force," Launa said.
"So the white ribbons leave the region in which it's situated to attack some potent ribbons in the institute," Jarrol said.
"And they are very specific," Launa said. "White ribbons from the region of physical-forms would only attack ribbons bearing thought codes that could form a physical-form."
