Cecilia's POV
Julia grabbed Cecilia's hand and took a deep breath. "Do we already there?" Julia led her hand and shook her head.
"It's a little far, but trust me." Julia piggybacked Cecilia. "It's start to rocky when it's there!" She said. Loud sound of waterfalls covered her hearing. Cecilia gripped her neck tightly. They decide to go to the Julia's secret place by night. It's deep inside the wood and dangerous for them.
"Julia, we were here not to kill me, right?" Julia shook her head.
"I know you are still in love with him, but you said we take it slowly, remember? Why should I kill you?" Cecilia bites her lips. Deep inside her heart, she wants to open her heart for her. They have similarity in between. Cecilia pondered.
"Cecilia, can I ask you something?" Cecilia hummed. "Are you hating this situation? I-I mean, we forced to marry, and you are still in love with your ex, right?" Cecilia did not answer her question. She wants to answer her question, but she couldn't talk.
Her tongue forbid her to talk. "D-do you have someone you loved, Julia?" Julia took a glance at her and sighed.
She took one long step and squad. "We take a rest a bit, my legs drained." Julia sits on the ground and took a deep breath. Cecilia decide to take a seat next to her and grabbed her hand.
"Do you have one before?" Julia nods. She straightened her body and wiped her sweat.
"I had someone before, but she is already happy with her husband." Cecilia hugged her knee and leaned her head on Julia's shoulder. "She is the reason I smoke, drink, and consume all kinds of drugs. You can name it by yourself." Julia took a deep breath and looking at the tree in front of her.
"You became an addict?" Julia opened her backpack. She did not answer Cecilia's question.
"Yes. I'm an alcoholic." Julia gave Cecilia a coin. She rubs it and she can feel every detail of that coin. "It has cleaned you for six months?" Julia chuckled and nods.
"Father Micheal held an opening session inside his church, every day." Cecilia circled her hand on Julia's arm, then lean her head on her shoulder. "After that, I'm looking for a job. My first job not pay me enough to eat, so I decide looking for 5-8 part-time jobs." Julia looks at her Zippos and her bright smile turned into agony.
"Until my best friend died because of an overdose." Cecilia rubs her back.
"What happened to her?" Julia took a deep breath before she continued. Cecilia reassuring her, "it's okay if you don't want to tell to me, yet." Julia nods and wiped her tears.
"Thank you for your understanding," she said before she drinks her water.
Cecilia bites her lips. She wants to tell her everything about her, but she doesn't have the courage. She wants Julia knows her. Julia interrupted her with an icy hand. "Are you wanting to continue, or we go back to civilization?" Cecilia shook her head and embrace her.
"What if I'm not ready to tell you everything? Will you wait for me?" Julia responds to Cecilia's embrace and stroke her hair. Cecilia didn't hear her answer, lifting her head.
"I will wait for you." She replied.
The duo continued their journey and Cecilia hold her hand. "I-I have a bad feeling if we continue," she said. Julia approach Cecilia.
"Can you tell me?" Cecilia grip her white cane and she shook her head, "can we wait for 10 minutes more?" Julia nods.
"O-okay," since Marco's death. Julia will believe with everything about what happened. For her, she's more than a blind fortune teller.
Julia looks at the sky. She sighed because the clouds saturate and heard a thunder. "I think we should look for a cabin or somewhere safe. Cave maybe?" Julia looks at her map and sighed.
Cecilia shook her head. "W-what if we go back to civilization?" Julia looking at the sky and hissed.
"The weather is bad, babe. I'm sorry, we should wait for the rain stopped, so we could go back." Julia unconsciously called her wife, 'babe.'
"It's okay, at least we at the middle of it, right?" Julia shook her head.
"The steep will be slippery. I don't want to risk your life." She cries and muttering.
Julia embraces her and stroke her head. "I'm sorry," she mumbles.
Julia heard her mumbling keep stroked her hair. Loving someone and she is still in grief about their breakup. It's difficult. It will test her patient, but will be worth it in the end? Julia let go the embraces, and she builds a basic shelter for them.
Cecilia gripped her white cane tight. She wants to help her. She doesn't want Julia to do it all alone. "A-anything I could help for you?" Julia took a glance at her.
"Yes." Cecilia did not expect to let her helping. "Can you gather our food and drink? I think the rain will stop by tomorrow morning," she said.
Julia looks at her surrounding and collects the tree branches to make a fire. Cecilia opened Julia's backpack. "Have you been there? It's like you know what you were doing?" Julia came back with a lot oh branches and she take out her knife.
"I've joined the military before, discharge because they found my real identity. And I send to the camp for 6 months." She sat next to Cecilia and a heavy downpour fell.
Julia tries to make a fire camp. Cecilia lean her head to her shoulder and took a deep breath. Julia is her wife now. She will spend her the rest of her life with Julia. She wants to tell her everything, but she can't do that. "Julia," Julia hummed.
Cecilia took a deep breath and lean her head to her shoulder. "I want to tell you all my story, but…" she bites her lips, "I don't have courage," Julia holds her hand.
"Are you sure?" Cecilia punched her shoulder.
"It's serious!" She played with Julia's fingers and sighed. She hates this situation. "Once we get back to civilization, I will tell you," Julia kisses her cheek.
"Why not now? It's quiet. No one will interrupt." She's right. Cecilia took a deep breath.
"I'm not ready." She pinned her wife and looked at her in the eye.
Cecilia can hear Julia's breath and their heartbeat. Julia unzip her coat and rubbed Cecilia's waist. "Can we settle it inside the tent? I know you want this," Cecilia bite her lips and gulped. She can imagine Julia's face inside her brain. She can smell her perfume. Her favorite scent.
Without a doubt, Cecilia kisses her passionately.
