Iskandar nodded his head, looking at me with his sad eyes. His hands tightened his grip on my wrists, even more, forcing me to stay where I was while waiting for what he would do to me next.
"I'm afraid that's what I want from you after receiving your forgiveness. You might not realize it, but I have a strong feeling towards you from the first time I met you years ago."
"You mean... you... have a feeling for me...?"
"Yeah. It's silly, right?"
His voice when laughing sounded so beautiful to me and without realizing it, I ended up smiling at him as if I also agree with his statement.
The fact that I was sure that it was clearly had nothing to do with how I feel about him.
