Chapter 339 - Blurred faces

It was a beautiful day for everyone in the city, even for the three that were forgotten by the wheels of time led by the system. It seemed to them as if things just replayed, as if they were just watching a footage of what happened before. They realized that Stephan was right. He had been there, which meant that he was older than anyone could imagine. And yet at the same time, it didn't make sense. The reason would always mind-blow them one day or the other. They were just afraid they wouldn't be able to understand it.

Stephan's life was a mess and the boy himself looked at it as if it was a game.

The wyvern was killed and everyone stopped running. They looked at the boy as if he was a hero. For a moment, Stephan's eyes glanced where the other three stood and they weren't there. He saw faces but he couldn't really guess who they were. It was as if he was part of that time. He had to follow the quest to the end.

"He didn't recognize us," Ayane said.
