It was hard to look at, it wasn't easy to see a Makina turning into a human skull. It made her feel sorrow and deep grief for her. She didn't want to show it but it was the case. Aurora took the door by the Pegasus symbol and opened it, exposing a long staircase like the one Mike and Stephan were dragged from.
Mike assumed that the whole pyramid had these types of paths. As they went down, the walls turned transparent, showing the monsters on the other side. It was fortunate that they were with the Makinas somehow. Even if Mike fought properly, he would run out of mana before the pyramid ran out of monsters. He would die of lack of power rather than insufficient power.
