Chapter 144 - The test's final

The man was right but he wasn't part of that time. Thinking about it, if he were the king of humans, he would have done the same thing. To each event its own conclusion. Humans were pushed to the corners with no way to retaliate.

"I know."

"Then why are you fighting us? I guess you went through all that army we stationed outside, why did you do it? Aren't you tired of being at the bottom? If the other races decided to do something to us, we cannot do anything about it. The war we went through for a month was a one-sided massacre. Doesn't this awaken any rage within you?"

"I am an apprentice mage, so I really don't care," he shrugged, causing the man to look at him in horror.

Stephan didn't know what he would really do in case he was in that situation, would he help the human kingdom supposedly he was part of? Or would he do like Aurora and simply act like an observer?
