Chapter 99 - The fairy wasn't a fairy after all

A little bit after ten minutes of waiting and exploring the room, the bath was prepared fully. The fairies made all the bathroom misty and the bathtub bubbly. Another two or three whirlwinds and his body was wrapped in a towel to hide his private parts. The fairy turned bad into an adult shape only this time, she was wrapped in a towel and her face was different. She had red hair and red eyes resembling someone she didn't know but he was supposed to know yet he didn't recognize her.

She offered him a hand, a large warm smile on her face. He didn't know fairies could change shape that easily or, could it be the mist that played with his head?

Her necklace gently dangled over her neck each time she bent over or moved. She turned and rapidly swayed on slender ankles, her breasts dancing and making it hard for the towel to staying still, for both of them. She pulled him to the mirror, hidden by the mist and the latter left him some space to see clearly his body shape.

He touched his chest instead of his face. He looked somewhat like the version of himself that he would like the most. Muscles flexing over his arms and belly, a handsome face that looked like his old self back on Earth, His body thick enough to defend against any blow. Maybe if he didn't indulge in pleasing his stomach, he would have become that boy, but it was too late. When did things become all twisted all of a sudden? Was it because of his parents dying? Was it because society didn't accept him and he decided to shut himself inside his room? He read books, mangas, comics, watched movies then, in the end, stopped at playing games… It was like that. Every shut-in had a reason to retract from society.

It was an escape from everything that refused to accept him and give him the chance and opportunity to rise… Perhaps, it wasn't that way. The methods weren't good enough to allow him easy access to life despite the money he had. Was it truly because he got no chance?

The fairy leaned on his back, her hair swinging from one side as she tilted her head. "How do you like it here, Answer?"

He felt the warmth of her breasts against his back. It was so tempting that it kept pulling him into what she wanted but there were questions and he learnt throughout his life that when there were doubts, it was better to keep asking questions until the questions didn't make any sense.

"I don't think my name is Answer. I may go by a different name and I have never cast it aside."

"Then why don't you remember it, Answer?" she moved in front of him, dancing like the wind and tempting him more. "You would never forget what belongs to you. If you forget it then it never belonged to you in the first place."

"It may be right. I have another question. What am I doing here? There is a reason why I am in this place but something was lost. There is a blank space in my head and I need answers."

"The books can give you the answer you seek. You just have to accept to be a librarian. The tower's librarian just has to command. We are all here to serve you. You only have to accept. What are you waiting for?"

She grasped his fingers and moved them to her breastbone. He studied her and then caressed her breasts. She was tempting like honey, but too much honey may be harmful for health.

"I think it may be better to take the bath first. I have another question, who was she?"

A disappointed look highlighted her face. She looked closely at the one he spent time most in his life, yet, he didn't cave in yet. It was too close. She had hoped to get a librarian. It was their missions. The tower had to have always a librarian to keep it working. A yearbook wouldn't be much for anyone, except for humans. A yearbook equalled a hundred years in human life. He would be long dead if he accepted the offer.

"Who?"

"Aurora Von Peregrinator. Her name cannot leave my head. Since you can change shapes easily, can you take her appearance? I want to make sure she isn't anyone evil."

"You just have to forget about her; she isn't important right now. Listen to me! Life is easier here and you will find anything you want: free food, free fantasy worlds through books, a family, books are family, and us. We can do anything you want, even helping your wildest dreams coming true," she stuck her body against him. "Stay with me, with us," she undid the towel he had on him and whispered in his ears. "I believe you have never kissed a girl, I can do it here."

"Aurora Von Peregrinator. It's a name that created twisted feelings within me. I want to know how she looks like."

"Alright then. Close your eyes and I will change but after that, you will accept my offer and stay here, will you not?"

He closed his eyes, obeying her without even answering her question. She took his behavior as an accord and proceeded with the transformation. Stephan wandered why she insisted on closing his eyes, like she changed before, she could change in front of him even right now. It wouldn't be a big deal. The matter pushed him to have the curiosity eating him. He didn't have any choice but to open his eyes slightly and peek at her. What he saw wasn't what he expected?

The fairy didn't look like a fairy at all. She was a twisted shape of heads, arms and legs sculpted by a strange force into what he asked. Aurora Von Peregrinator was a name that had him feel anger and slight hatred. He wanted to understand why the person behind the name inspired him with so many twisted feelings.

"Now, you can open your eyes," the voice changed.
