Just a moment of togetherness. A fleeting moment of togetherness and here comes King Stefan in all his glory. Who would have thought he'd attack so fast. I mean he just took Queen Penelope and never asked for anything in return but all of a sudden he is attacking without a warning. Avalor is great yes but then compared to King Stefan's strength their defense system is not strong enough to ward off his attacks.
I barely broke free from my embrace with Tyril when a knight came rushing in and out of his heavy breath he spoke:
"King Stefan's soldiers are heading towards our Kingdom, my lady." He said.
"What?" I asked in shock and fear.
"How many men do you think they are?" Tyril asked without even the slightest bit of fear in his voice.
"Over five thousand men, sir." He responded.
"And you are sure they are soldiers from Devon?" Tyril asked.
"I'm sure they must consist of soldiers from both Devon and Naile." The knights responded.
