'For Plan Trap to work, I'll need to do something unspeakable. And if anyone finds out about this then I'll be under question for a long time.'
'The first step is to remove all the bodies I have from my inventory space.' I thought before ordering the system to remove all human bodies from my inventory.
Then once all four bodies were displayed in front of me, I took Clare's, no, my sword and began slicing and tearing off limbs. Well after storing away the extra clothing.
Now, after finally removing all limbs and heads, I had a total of eight legs, eight arms, four torsos, and four beads with holes in them. Along with a bloody mess.
'Now, I'll store away all limbs except for one. And I'll gather world energy into the arm. That way, this should attract more beasts than regular animals. Though I don't know if the gathered world energy will stay inside for long, maybe I should find a way to ask Ka'dar about this question.'
'Now I'll use this arm as bait to draw in more beasts then I'll have a recurring cycle of beasts. Then once I kill another beast I can save at least two of its limbs and repeat this cycle. I should store away some of the wolf limbs even if they are damaged they should still attract beasts with enough world energy.'
'After all, Ka'dar told me that world energy plays a part in their magic. Anyway, I'll leave this arm just in the open so that It draws enough attention, for a beast to pay it some interest.'
I thought before leaving and heading back to my cave and gathering the limbs from the wolf beasts. And before I headed back, I stored two of the wolves' torsos or bodies in my inventory. Can't just leave food to rot.
'Now I'll cook this meat and once I eat it, I'll head back to the river.'
After leaving the cave I went at least fifteen meters into the forest to start my fire. There I ate the wolf and after a ten-minute rest period headed back to the river.
That's where I found multiple rat-like creatures chopping down on the arm.'Good, this seems like a good spot to set the bait.' I thought before springing into action and completely overpowering all four of the rat-like beasts.
Though making sure none of the beasts escaped my sight was the hardest problem. But after around ten minutes I managed to absorb ten points of Ki all while dodging blasters of dark orbs.
If I had to guess then I would say that these beasts have some kind of darkness magic. After storing away the rat beasts, I went back to my cave and decided to call it a day.
[Ki Needed: 62!]
…
Now after around twenty days of living in the wild, I've finally reached not only the end of this month but also made a breakthrough in controlling my life force. Now I use around point five (0.5) of my total life force to merge with my world energy.
Basically what I'm getting at is that I can now use Ki! Though It's not as good as it seems because when using Ki I drain my life force by 0.5. So from my ten points of life force, I'll have 9.5 left over for only one limb coated in Ki, for my entire body I'll be forced to use a whole point of life force.
And unlike my uncle and humans in general, I can regenerate my life force, whereas they can't. Which in my opinion is super good to have. And when using Ki it doesn't take away from my Ki needed to level up, it only inflicts the life force drawl back.
And while we talk about my Ki needed to level up, I've reached level five! That's not all, but thanks to my baiting skills and good stats, I've received something called a title.
{Host: Marcel King}
{Host Title: Advanced Beasts Hunter}
[Advanced Beasts Hunter - Title given to the host once they have killed over ten Rank 2 Mid Tier Beasts, or twenty Rank 2 Lower or low tier Beasts!]
[Description - Title provides the host a boost of 15% in all damage to any beasts. Whether it be physical, mental, or magical.]
Yeah, it's a bit overpowering, and those aren't the only things I've earned from this endeavor. I've also upgraded my stat points, through training and eating beast brains.
[Strength: 20]
[Agility: 23]
[Stamina: 14]
[Endurance: 10]
[Ki Empowerment: + 5% Strength, +5% Endurance. Same results if partially empowered a limb or whole body!]
Being in the wild, you never know what will come after you, and most of the time it will be stronger than you, so you will need to flee. That and using a baiting strategy to survive made me increase my speed.
The rest was just me needing to keep up with my In and out tactics, along with confidently defeating Rank 2 Mid-tier beasts and surviving a blow from a Rank 2 High tier beast.
Lastly, I'm currently missing my last appointment with Ka'dar because of a system message I received.
[You have finally reached Spirit Level Five!]
[Thus you will be undergoing your evolution in the next fifteen minutes.]
I received this system notification around ten minutes ago and came to find out that I couldn't use Ki Drain, or received stat points from brains.
All I can do is wait until my evolution and finally head back and have a good night's rest for my test tomorrow. Yep, The Golden entrance exams are tomorrow!
And after this evolution, I can finally test out my trump card, Completely Transformation.
The very skill that I received a long time ago was a useless purchase, why because of this system message.
[Complete Transformation Failed!]
[Skill can only be used after you've undergone your first evolution!]
Now after five long minutes, I'm finally about to undergo my first evolution!
Thing is, I'm not excited at all.
