After breakfast, Oscar and Charlie dropped Helen and Luciana off at their house before heading back. Once home, Helen and Luciana freshened up and went about their daily routines. Everything seemed normal until Luciana spoke up.
"Lena, we need to pay this month's bills. Should I cover your share too?" Luciana asked, knowing that Helen was still searching for a job. She had already decided to help with the bills until Helen found work. Besides, with Ella's promise to sponsor her education and pay her well for teaching Charlie, Luciana knew she had the means to help. Though her pride had made her hesitate, she realized this was the most practical and easier way for her to accumulate money for the rest of her fee.
