He can just fire Diana because Porter and Relish were influential enough.
Plus even with Diana's family, Ned Clayman himself was not a weak as to need outsiders to help keep the company steady. Even if they pull out their shares and attack the company, he can manage it just fine.
But just as he was about to fire Diana. And just ask Heather and Ariana about what happened and what was in the wine that Heather brought over.

It was a video file with Diana paying a waiter to put something in the wine that will be handed over to Ariana.
There was also a video where the waiter received a message just as he was about to bring over one glass. He stopped and poured another, putting the same powder on that glass before bringing the two glasses to their table.
