Without waiting for any one of them to say anything, Remington stepped aside and moved past them.
The only confirmation they had about him, leaving, was the sound of the door being closed after him.
Leah had snapped towards Lucy, who raised her finger, stopping her before she could say anything.
"Room." She mouthed and slowly got out of the chair she was sitting on. Lucy was the one who made it outside the dining room, casually looking around before she gave Leah a glance to follow her.
Once they were safely behind the door of Lucy's room, they relaxed. By relaxing, they physically exhale loudly just to make sure that they were not being held by anything. The pressure in the dining room was immense and could have buried them under it if it grew anymore.
"Oh my god," Lucy whispered in horror, " respectfully and all, but, when the fuck did your father come in?"
