"Tell me," Leah took a step forward, "do you know something I don't? Anything that I do not know?"
"Leah, sweetheart," the words carried nothing but concern and love, "stop it."
"Sh—" stop it?
That was it? That was all she got from him, someone who she loved?
"I just want to know." She revealed. "Please, if you want to know, tell me. Someone always tells me that we need to stay away from each other, but all I want to ask is why? What happened between us, I mean our families that have my parents d-do.." she attempted to talk but only a sigh came out.
Leah looked down at the ground and just did nothing. Her brain blanked out completely and she gulped with the gnawing halo of nothingness. Why did it feel so bad, so helpless, and just so dreadful?
