She had spent the entire day in bed and by some miracle, she also received a large pizza for dinner. It was like the universe was in her favor.
At the moment, she had Lucy on FaceTime and a pizza slice in her hand.
"That's cool," She sighed and held up her own slice, "the only reason I can have one today is because my grandparents have to go out."
Leah nodded and waited for a minute, debating whether she should tell Lucy about her new finding or not. Maybe she should, because after all, what had she hid from her?
"So," she began slowly, " remember how my father had taken my phone away from me?"
"Yeah?"
"I asked him back for it and he gave it to me under the promise that I would not contact Aiden at all."
"Okay," Lucy narrowed her eyes, "do you mean to tell me that you called him and you got caught?"
