"I am tired!" Lucy huffed before throwing herself into the chair at the cafeteria.
"Me too." Leah agreed and took the chair next to her.
They had two back-to-back classes and that was a first. Usually there was some time in between but one of the professors has moved up her class for an entire week.
This was draining.
Two classes together was nothing but sucking the energy out of them and it had only been a day. What were they supposed to do for the rest of the week?
Lucy, bless her soul, still got up and gave their orders for two coffees before settling down in the chair again.
"You're going to get them when they are ready."
"Got it." By that time, she might be able to get up. Might.
She pulled out a phone from her pocket and answered a few texts from her mother. She was still in Australia, accompanying her brother.
