Mona's bag wasn't that big so as she paced faster to her house, it didn't get in her way. She badly wanted to see him because there wasn't time, time didn't favour anybody and she was scared something might happen to her at any time and she never wanted to die without having so much extraordinary happy moments with her husband. She realized that last night and since her heavy period was gone, she was okay to return to him. Seeing his face would brighten her heart and extend her lifeline.
Mona finally reached the stairs to her house, she looked up at the door. She was going to see her husband, her Kenny, her man. Her fist hit the door three times, "Kenny," she uttered as if he was right behind the door.
Kenny was in their room admiring their wedding picture, he hadn't talked to her this morning and he felt a bit incomplete, he didn't hear her voice.
