"Are you picking me off after classes?" I turn to Sly, who has been quietly driving since we left the house.
"Yes."
"Okay."
Sly didn't look as dead as he looked yesterday, his face got a bit brighter compared to how it was yesterday.
I guess I'm a good husband for making him this way. If not, he would have died from hunger last night.
"Are you taking me for lunch?"
"Do you want me to take you to one?" He slowly asked.
"Yes. I didn't get to finish the food because I was already late for class. When you pick me up, make sure to take me to a place where I can eat until my stomach thinks of busting," I touch the said stomach.
"You have no problem." Sly smiled, for the first time since I found the hidden painting shrine in his room.
"What are you doing at the office today?"
"Why? Are you afraid Kira might make an appearance?"
