"I kissed him."
"What?" My secretary comically widened her eyes at my words.
"What didn't you hear?" I snap at her. "Are you deaf in the ears?"
"No," she swallows before turning to me, "you kissed your husband? Like you kissed him? I mean, you guys had a lip lock?"
I pinch the bridge of my nose as I tried to think about the reason I shouldn't sack this girl right now.
"Yes. He kissed me in public, and I retaliated."
"In public? Oh my God," she fanned herself, "I would have loved to see such a scene. It would have made my day!"
She was almost dropping.
I snap my fingers, "I want you to advise me on something, and you are here making disgusting faces. Are you sure you are going to find a mate with that expression on your face?" I frown at her.
"I'm sorry, boss!" She turned her back to me and squealed a little before she turned to face me.
"Okay. I'm good. What's your question? Shoot, already!"
