"Why should we?" Pop smiled at the secretary. "We want to surprise him."
"Oh, good luck!" The secretary said in a bit of forced tone. It was as if she doesn't know whether she should send the good luck or not.
Pop took my hand in hers, and led me out of the office building.
"Am I the one, or is that secretary acting strange?"
"I thought I was the only one who noticed it?" I glance back at the building as if expecting her to be waving at us.
"Maybe, she's not used to having others visit her boss during lunch." Pop smiled brightly, "let's go and surprise my brother!"
"Are we taking the car?"
"No, we are not." Pop checked the time on her watch, "we only have thirty minutes before we leave. I have somewhere to go."
"I asked whether we are taking the car or not, and not how long we need to stay there."
"Oh."
"So, are we taking the car?"
