Finally, I ended up going to the party with Pop, who wouldn't let me rest until I agreed to go with her.
If I had not done that, she would have troubled me until she successfully cut my ears, that's when she will leave me be.
"Yah!"
The way she fists pumped the air, caused me to arch a brow at her.
"What are you doing?" I frown at her.
"It's not easy getting you to follow me."
Her words caused me to frown, "if you dance once more, imma leave you here, and leave."
"What?"
"You heard me right. If you celebrate once more, I'm not going with you."
After all, staying at home is much better than going with her. At least, I will have to rest a bit after completing my assignments.
"Sorry, I won't say anything again." She placed a hand on my chest, in a pledge stance.
"You better don't." I pack my books and switched my laptop off before I headed upstairs to change my clothes.
