She then focused on the rules of the third level of the tournament.
"Everyone now here comes the rule of the third level of the tournament.
A group of 500 members will be put into four parts.
And each group will be in a one-on-one battle against the randomly chosen contestants from that same group.
The battle will be for half an hour and if the battle ended up in a draw, then both the contestants will be disqualified.
Also, if one of the contestants voluntarily gives up or fainted and failed to wake up within 5 seconds, that contestant will be disqualified.
And no killing is allowed in the battle. If that happens then both the dead and the killer will be disqualified, and that particular contestant won't be allowed to enter any tournament for his lifetime!
Furthermore, no weapon is allowed to operate on its own.
