“Who did you call a criminal?” Odette asked.
“Rion.”
“You’re not a criminal.”
“I’m not Rion. You told Rion not to blame himself. Then, who should he blame for his mother’s death?”
Odette was surprised. “What do you mean?”
Rine was silent. There was no expression on his face at all. His hand pulled the tablecloth off and walked over to Odette, making Odette feel a little tense.
“I’m not evil. I just want to protect him from making the same mistake. Besides, this world is very unfair to him. There is only sadness everywhere. If he dies, he won’t suffer anymore.”
Odette’s eyes stared at the man sadly. Rion had been very desperate in his life.
Rine walked to pull his belt and walked over to Odette
“What do you want?”
“Keeping you from interfering with my job.” Rine pushed Odette to the pole then quickly tied the girl there.
Odette wanted to push him away, but her hands were still holding a knife and a plate. She didn’t want to give Rine a chance to hurt himself.
